Request account deletion

You can start deleting your Kumiho account on this website without reinstalling the app. Open Account settings for your own account, find Delete account, and type DELETE to submit. Sign-in is needed to protect your account.

Deletion removes conversations and messages, memories, personas, personal settings and public profile data. Shared links are withdrawn. Credit ledger, report and audit records are retained with account references detached where supported; retained published records are described in the deletion receipt.

The receipt shows whether data removal succeeded. Identity pending (identity_pending) means the login identity still awaits operator removal; it is not completed deletion. A failed operation can be retried. Operators track the final completion.
